Coordinator Governance and Councillor Services

You will make an impact by 

• Leading and coordinating the Governance team to deliver high-quality governance, integrity and compliance services across the organisation. 
• Providing expert governance advice to Councillors, Executive leaders and Council departments on legislative and regulatory obligations. 
• Overseeing Council meetings, Councillor briefings and governance processes to ensure compliance with governance rules and statutory requirements. 
• Driving the development, review and continuous improvement of governance policies, procedures and integrity frameworks. 
• Building a capable, engaged and high-performing team through strong leadership, coaching and professional development.
