Senior Boutique Coffee Specialist – Chermside

This full-time Senior Coffee Specialist role follows a rotating roster (32 hour/44 hour per week) across opening and closing shifts, including every second weekend and late-night trade. 

What you’ll do:  

• Welcome customers and share your passion for coffee. 

• Create meaningful connections by offering standout service and product knowledge. 

• Keep the boutique buzzing- support the leadership team to ensure seamless operations. 

• Drive high-impact sales using digital tools and POS systems. 

• Engage customers with tastings, memberships, and your coffee expertise. 

• Build your coaching and feedback skills while helping your team thrive and deliver exceptional customer service. 

• Be on the supported growth plan to grow your coffee expertise and boutique operations knowledge and experience

• A coffee lover with previous retail and/or hospitality experience.  

• A people person who loves creating memorable customer moments and supporting team members 

• Someone who takes pride in presentation and professionalism.
