We are seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Audiology Professional to join Specsavers Goulburn and Gungahlin on a 12-month fixed-term contract, commencing November 2026. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday and offers a unique opportunity to develop the skills and confidence needed to pursue a future Partnership opportunity.
About the Role
As an Acting Audiology Partner, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of established clinics while experiencing the responsibilities, autonomy and rewards of the Specsavers Partnership model.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious about Partnership and wants to develop their business and leadership capabilities before taking on their own permanent Partnership opportunity.
What's on Offer?
Financial Rewards $100,000 – $110,000 base salary exclusive of super $10,000 incentive paid over the course of the year Additional performance Bonus Relocation assistance of up to $5,000 (if applicable) Total package of up to $125,000+ exclusive of super

Support & Development Comprehensive 2.5-week induction program covering clinical standards and business management Ongoing support from the Specsavers Audiology Retail Team and Support Office Access to fully equipped clinics, including sound-treated rooms and audiology booths, enabling you to focus on delivering exceptional customer care
To be successful in this role, you'll have: A Qualified Practitioner (QP) number and full membership with one of the following professional bodies: Audiology Australia (AudA) Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia (HASA) Australian College of Audiology (ACAud) A minimum of two years' post-QP clinical experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective professional relationships A collaborative leadership style and the ability to influence positive business outcomes A genuine passion for clinical excellence, customer care and helping to shape the future of the audiology industry
