What will you do?

In this position you will be a key business partner and provide high quality project support to Project Managers to improve project management and financial tracking.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

• Supporting the Project Managers and Commercial Manager through assistance with tasks such as, but not limited to, project creation, maintenance, revenue recognition and project analysis, provision of budget inputs.
• Perform transaction maintenance including transfer of transactions through Project Detail, releasing timesheets for correction and, where required, investigate
• Support the billing process, including generating prebills, billing maintenance and invoice generation
• Support our transformation journey through delivering training to project teams on systems and process
• Sound knowledge of BST highly desirable, however, experience in other ERPs will be favourable

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need an Accounting / Financial background, with relevant degree being desirable.
