Flower Power is Australia's largest retail Garden Centre & Lifestyle group with 11 retail stores across Sydney and Newcastle regions. We grow, import & sell a diverse range of products such as plant-life, landscape materials, outdoor furniture, home-wares and gift-wares at our Centres.

At Flower Power we're passionate about plants, people, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces. To keep the magic growing, we are growing our Landscape Sales team across all Sydney locations. We are looking for casual team members who want to grow with us into permanent roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t your average retail gig. You’ll be the friendly face guiding customers through our landscape yard, helping them choose the right materials to bring their outdoor visions to life. You’ll keep the yard looking sharp, stocked, and safe, while teaming up with a crew that thrives on positivity and top-notch customer care.

About You

• Know your way around a sale and love helping people

• Have hands-on experience in landscaping or outdoor work

• Bring energy, initiative, and a “let’s get it done” attitude

• Enjoy working outside and being part of a tight-knit crew

• Are reliable, hardworking, and ready to roll up your sleeves

• Bonus points if you’ve got a forklift licence!

• We’re open when our customers need us - so you’ll need to be flexible across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
