About the role
Australia-wide | Fully Remote | Flexible Contractor Opportunities
Access Therapy Group is a national telehealth allied health practice providing ongoing therapy and capacity-building supports to NDIS participants across Australia.
Our multidisciplinary team provides Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Speech Pathology and Dietetics, supporting children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of disabilities, goals and support needs.
Our purpose is simple: to help people build their capacity, confidence and independence at a pace that works for them, while making therapy straightforward, accessible and easy to engage with.
We are looking for Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Dietitians with ideally 1+ year of post-graduate clinical experience who are interested in flexible telehealth contractor work.
We have clients ready to commence across all four disciplines, with the opportunity to build an ongoing caseload around your availability.
Attractive contractor remuneration
100% telehealth – work from anywhere in Australia
Clients ready to commence
Ongoing referral opportunities
Choose your own availability and caseload
Start with a few clients or build a larger ongoing caseload
No routine travel or home visits
Referrals, intake, client agreements and administration managed centrally
Access to a multidisciplinary allied health team
Professional autonomy over your clinical work
Our supported telehealth model is designed so clinicians can focus on providing quality clinical care while we manage much of the administration around service delivery. This is consistent with the operating model in your position description.
Depending on your discipline and caseload, you will:
Provide assessment and ongoing therapy
Establish meaningful, person-centred therapy goals
Deliver evidence-based interventions
Monitor and review client progress
Maintain appropriate clinical documentation
Collaborate with families, carers, Support Coordinators and other treating professionals where appropriate
You will have:
A recognised tertiary qualification in your discipline
Current registration, accreditation or professional membership as applicable
Your own ABN and appropriate professional insurance
Eligibility to work in Australia
Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
Ability to work independently within your professional scope
Relevant NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children clearances, or willingness to obtain them
NDIS, disability and telehealth experience is desirable.
Whether you have capacity for a small number of clients alongside your existing role or are looking to build a larger ongoing caseload, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply with your CV and let us know your discipline and current availability.
