We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our Inventory and Stock Control Team based in Artarmon.

About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, administration and data management while supporting a busy automotive operation. You will play a key role in ensuring vehicle inventory records are accurate, up to date and processed efficiently from arrival through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain vehicle inventory data across dealership systems.
Assist with vehicle registrations and related documentation.
Update and monitor stock records to ensure accuracy.
Support vehicle ordering and stock control processes.
Coordinate and process vehicle arrivals, transfers and deliveries.
Liaise with dealership departments to ensure inventory information is current.
Assist with reconciliation of stock records and reporting.
Manage administrative tasks associated with vehicle inventory and compliance requirements.
Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving inventory-related issues.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Confidence working with computers and multiple software systems.
Strong data entry and administration experience.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous administration experience (automotive experience is advantageous but not essential).
