About the Role

This is your chance to do what you love every day — connecting with people, talking design, and helping customers turn their renovation dreams into reality.

As our Client Experience Consultant, you'll be the warm, knowledgeable face that greets every customer who walks through our door. You'll draw on your interior design expertise and passion for the latest trends to guide customers through our curated range of kitchen, bathroom, and renovation products, helping them make confident, inspired selections.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers into the showroom and creating a genuinely enjoyable experience from the first hello

• Applying your interior design skills to guide customers through colour, material, and style selections with confidence

• Staying across the latest design trends and bringing fresh ideas and inspiration to every customer conversation

• Getting to know each customer's vision and helping them find the perfect products to match

• Managing appointment scheduling for selections and quoting — keeping everything organised and on time

• Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and energy

• Preparing and following up on quotes with care and attention to detail

• Handling day-to-day showroom administration so the team can focus on delivering great work

• Collaborating with our project and sales team to ensure every customer handover is seamless

• Keeping the showroom looking its absolute best at all times

What We're Looking For

• Interior design skills are a must — formal qualifications highly regarded, but a proven eye for design and a genuine passion for the craft is what counts

• Someone who keeps up with the latest trends in kitchens, bathrooms, and home renovation and loves sharing that knowledge with customers

• A naturally energetic, outgoing personality — you light up a room and make every customer feel excited about their project

• Outstanding phone manner — you're just as engaging and professional on a call as you are face to face

• Experience in a customer-facing sales or showroom environment (building products, interiors, or home renovation preferred)

• Strong organisational skills and a knack for juggling appointments, schedules, and admin without missing a beat

• Comfortable with computers and general office tools

• A team player who can also hold their own independently

• Experience with quoting or estimating software is a plus
