Content Creator & Video Marketing Specialist

Lorna Evans Education has been helping hairstylists and at home hair styling lovers create beautiful hair for over 40 years. Our innovative styling tools and education programs are sold throughout Australia and internationally, and we're looking for an exceptional Content Creator to help take our marketing to the next level.

We're searching for someone who genuinely loves creating engaging social media content—not just someone who can edit videos, but someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling.

You'll work closely with Lorna to create high-performing content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and paid advertising campaigns.

This is a hands-on creative role where every day is different.

• Film high-quality video content

• Create engaging Instagram Reels and TikToks

• Edit videos for organic and paid social media

• Design Canva graphics and advertising creatives

• Photograph products and behind-the-scenes content

• Stay on top of social media trends

• Help brainstorm marketing campaigns

• Organise and maintain a content calendar

• Repurpose content across multiple platforms

• Email marketing

• Proven experience creating high-performing social media content

• Excellent filming and editing skills

• Strong Canva design experience

• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar editing software

• A creative eye for lighting, composition and storytelling

• An understanding of what makes content convert into sales

• Great organisational skills

• A positive, can-do attitude

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with our team

• Photography skills

• Experience working with lifestyle, beauty or hair brands

• Copywriting skills

• Experience with Klaviyo email content

• Understanding of UGC-style advertising

• Flexible part-time hours (2-3 days per week)
