Updated Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement automation workflows to reduce repetitive manual tasks and recurring tickets.Identify high-volume and repetitive Service Desk requests and develop automated solutions to streamline ticket creation, triage, validation, routing, and resolution.Leverage AI and scripting to automate operational tasks, improve response times, and reduce manual intervention.Develop automation using Python, Java, and scripting technologies, integrating with enterprise platforms and APIs.Automate workflows across Jira, SailPoint, IAM, endpoint management, and Service Desk platforms.Build reusable automation components and integrations to support scalable Cyber Engineering and IAM operations.Translate operational requirements into technical automation solutions and support testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.Identify opportunities to apply AI/GenAI to repetitive tasks, ticket handling, knowledge retrieval, and operational workflows.
