Chef De Partie

At Phat Brew Club, we’re brewing more than just beer – we’re brewing a Culture of Good Times. We’re on the hunt for a driven and passionate Chef De Partie to join our kitchen crew on a casual basis.

The Role

• Position: Casual Chef De Partie

• Location: Phat Brew Club, 102 Railway St, West Perth (next to City West Train Station)

• Hours: 30 - 38 hours per week, including evenings & weekends

• Perks: On-site parking, HIGA award-rate pay, train station right across the road

As a Chef de Partie , you’ll be hands-on in all areas of the kitchen – from prep to plating – working closely with our Head Chef and team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes that pair perfectly with our award-winning beers. This is the perfect role for a chef who wants to learn, level up, and be part of a fast-growing brewpub.

Our venue includes a fully functional brew house, restaurant, bar, and coffee space. We’re all about pushing boundaries – moving towards a modern Australian fusion-inspired menu that’s bold, creative, and different to the norm.

This isn’t your standard hospo gig – we strive to be different, we back creativity, and we live by our mantra: a culture of good times.

What You’ll Do

• Assist senior chefs with daily prep and service

• Maintain kitchen standards of quality, hygiene, and safety

• Learn and master each section of the kitchen

• Support with events, specials, and high-volume service

• Bring energy, passion, and teamwork to every shift

We’re Looking for a Chef Who Is:

• Versatile across fryers, pans, and grills (bonus if you’ve got wood-fire experience)

• Thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment with a passion for quality

• Excited by rotating specials, bold flavours, and menu contribution
