Lead strategic and transformational projects from concept through to implementation
Develop business cases, project frameworks, governance models and delivery plans
Build sustainable documentation, governance frameworks and repeatable processes where critical knowledge and practices are not yet formally documented
Coordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural workstreams across Australia, China and other international markets
Track progress, manage risks and provide executive-level reporting
Drive continuous improvement in project governance, documentation and delivery practices
What you bring:
5+ years’ project management experience
Experience working in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments where project scope and priorities may develop over time
Demonstrated ability to translate strategic concepts into structured plans, governance frameworks and executable projects
Strong communication and stakeholder skills
PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or similar
Experience working across cultures and countries
Organised, proactive and delivery‑focused
