Senior Project Manager

Job description: Project Manager - Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) ServiceNow ImplementationLocation: Sydney Lead end-to-end implementation of TPRM/IRM solutions from discovery through production deployment.Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and milestones.Establish project governance forums including Steering Committees, Working Groups, and Design Authority reviews.Manage multiple workstreams including process design, platform configuration, integrations, testing, training, and change management.Ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.Engage senior stakeholders across Procurement, Cyber Security, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Vendor Management teams.Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into solution designs.Drive decision-making and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.Provide regular executive reporting, status updates, and risk escalation.Oversee configuration and deployment of Vendor Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and related modules.Ensure alignment with organizational risk management frameworks.Support implementation of regulatory and compliance requirements.Ensure risk controls, workflows, and assessment methodologies are appropriately configured.Manage project risks and ensure mitigation plans are executed.Must: experience of managing TPRM projects
