LF High Reach Operators with RF Picking and Packing

Experienced on High Reach and confident working in a busy 3PL environment?

Full Spectrum Consulting is currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a large, fast-paced third-party logistics (3PL) distribution centre based in Kemps Creek and surrounding areas.

The site handles a diverse range of consumer and retail products, so we're looking for experienced operators who are comfortable working across high-volume stock movements, replenishment and order fulfilment.

The Opportunity

• AM Shift – from 7am starts
• Monday to Friday – full-time availability required
• Rates from $37 per hour
• Ongoing casual employment

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operating High Reach Forklifts within a busy 3PL warehouse
• High-level pallet put-away and retrieval
• Replenishing picking locations
• Moving pallets and stock throughout the facility
• RF scanning and stock verification
• Picking and preparing orders where required
• Loading and unloading stock
• Assisting with inventory and stock movements
• Manual handling when required
• Completing daily forklift pre-start checks
• Working towards productivity and accuracy expectations
• Following all site safety and WHS procedures

What We're Looking For

• Current LF Forklift Licence

• Minimum 2+ years recent High Reach experience
• Previous 3PL, logistics or high-volume distribution experience highly regarded
• Confident operating High Reach equipment at height
• RF scanning experience
• Strong forklift safety awareness
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transport
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Full Monday to Friday availability

This role will suit an experienced operator who understands the pace and variety of a 3PL environment, where priorities, products and stock movements can change throughout the day.
