We are seeking reliable Factory and Process Workers to join a leading aluminum and glass manufacturer based in Eagle Farm. This role involves assisting with packaging, machine operation, loading, and dispatching of various aluminum products.
No prior experience is required, as full training is provided during paid hours.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities are dependent on what department you will work in, but some include:
• Assist in the production and assembly of aluminum and glass products
• Perform general factory tasks including packing, loading, sorting, and quality checks
• Operate basic machinery (full training provided)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Load and unload materials
• Follow all safety and operational procedures

About the Role:
• Consistent, full-time hours (38+ hours per week)
• Monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO)
• Day and Afternoon shifts (Monday – Friday)
• Night shifts (Sunday – Thursday)
• Ongoing training and career development opportunities
• Onsite parking

About you:
• Reliable transport / own car
• Must be available to start ASAP
• Must have full PPE or be prepared to purchase
• Strong reliability and interest in long-term employment
• Previous factory or warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
