Business NSW is seeking a motivated Graduate Service Delivery Officer to join our ICT team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a recent IT graduate to gain hands-on experience across end user support, service delivery, hardware management and modern workplace technology.
Working closely with our Service Delivery Manager and broader ICT team, you'll help ensure employees have the tools and support they need to do their best work every day.
Supporting laptops, monitors, printers, mobile phones and other end-user technology
Managing service requests and incidents through ServiceNow
Assisting with device setup, deployment, replacement and lifecycle management
Performing hardware stocktakes and asset management activities
Providing onsite support across our Parramatta office
Working alongside experienced ICT professionals across infrastructure, applications, networks and service delivery
Contributing to service improvement initiatives and customer experience enhancements
Recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications or similar
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Passionate about technology and helping people
Eager to learn and develop within a supportive team environment
Understanding of ITIL or IT service management principles is desirable
Structured career development and mentoring
Exposure to a broad range of technologies and IT disciplines
