Warehouse Storeperson – Pick, Pack, Dispatch & Receiving

About The Role
This is a hands-on warehouse role responsible for picking, packing, dispatching and receiving stock. You'll handle the day-to-day flow of outgoing orders and incoming stock, ensuring good organisation throughout the warehouse, with a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy.

This is a full-time role, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, daytime shifts, with no shifts on weekends or public holidays.

This is an operational role with no staff management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming stock

• Pick and pack customer orders

• Process consignments and prepare freight for dispatch

• Ensure stock is handled and stored accurately within the warehouse

• Accurately process stock receipts, consignments and stock movements in the system

• Maintain accurate inventory records through correct stock processing and data entry

• Complete stock counts and assist with stocktakes

• Identify, investigate, communicate and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain a clean, organised and orderly warehouse

• Carry out the assembly, setup and repair of display salon furniture as required

• Carry out general warehouse duties as required

About You

• Previous warehouse, pick, pack, dispatch and receiving experience

• Reliable, punctual, honest and consistent in your work

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Physically capable of manual handling of heavy items and being on your feet throughout the day

• Confident using basic computer systems for stock processing and data entry

• Able to work independently and stay organised

• Good communication and a practical, hands-on approach

• Valid Australian working rights for a full-time position
