As we continue to grow our Brisbane Order Service Centre, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will play an important role in supporting our customers and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders and data entry

• Tracing frames, including:

  • Metal

  • Shell

  • Nylon

  • Rimless

• Managing inbound and outbound customer calls

• Tracking and following up orders

• Picking stock lenses

• Receiving and unpacking orders

• Scanning and matching orders

• Preparing and dispatching completed orders

• Providing technical support and product guidance to industry professionals

• Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing, or relevant optical industry experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

• Confidence working with technical optical information

• A proactive, positive, and team-focused attitude

• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
