Bar Lourinhã has an exciting opportunity for a professional Casual Chef.

Minimum 3-5 years of Chef de Partie experience is required.

Come and join our one hat restaurant bar where we have set and continue to strive for the highest standard of bar dining in Melbourne. Comprising a small professional team, the Bar Lourinhã kitchen is run at a fast and smooth pace with daily specials that are based on great, seasonal and local produce. The successful applicant will have demonstrated the following in previous roles :

Stock organisation
Proven track record in volume/quality food
Section/station management

Strong commitment to a career in hospitality

This is a full casual position for a chef who wants flexible work hours.

Days and evenings shift patterns are required for this position.

The right candidate needs to be highly motivated & love hospitality.

Genuine references of prior experiences are essential & must be documented.
