1x Baking Trades Worker

1x Qualified Baker and 1 x Qualified Pastry Cook with all round baking skills and all round pastry skills to work at Merriwa Cafe & Bakery in the Upper Hunter district of NSW. Fair Work National Employment Standard.

- $77,000 pa/ Cert III qualified + 3 years experience for Full/ time position with early starts;

Both positions will require:

- Mix, knead, rest, roll, cut and shape dough and baking for breads and pastry products;

- Lamination of dough, cream fillings, sauce and glaze preparations and dust bread pastries and products as needed;

- Apply fillings, icings and decorations for special order cakes.
