The Role:

We’re looking for an Exploration Geologist who thrives in the field, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for discovering minerals. You’ll get to travel to remote locations, conduct mapping, sample collection, and support drilling programs—all while working in a team that values safety, learning, and collaboration.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience supporting RC/AC and/or diamond drilling programs
• Strong core and chip logging skills
• Geological mapping and sample collection/documentation
• Ability to analyse geological, geochemical and geophysical data to generate targets
• Report preparation, accurate field record-keeping and contribution to project planning.
• Collaboration with field teams, senior geologists and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Experience with QA/QC, pXRF and MagSus
• Proficiency with digital logging software (e.g. Ocris, LogChief) and working knowledge of ArcGIS / Leapfrog Geo advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset.

 Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Geology or related discipline.
• Current WA C-Class Driver's Licence.
• Full Australian working rights. We do not accept applications from overseas applicants.
• National Police Clearance. Valid within 12 months.
• Be able to pass a Medical and Drug & Alcohol screen.
• First Aid & 4WD Certificate preferred.
