About the role
Reach Further With Us
The Clinical Duty Officer provides specialist phone-based support to individuals and families seeking access to Anglicare WA services. Working within a trauma-informed and person-centred framework, you will support high-risk client presentations, manage escalated calls, provide referrals and advocacy, and contribute to the ongoing development of the Service Access Team.
As the key escalation point within the team, you will provide specialist guidance on complex matters including family and domestic violence, suicide risk, self-harm concerns and child safety issues. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clients receive timely support and access to appropriate services.
This role also contributes to continuous improvement through staff debriefing, coaching, waitlist management, quality data practices and identifying professional development opportunities for the team.
This is a full time (1.0 FTE - 37.5 hour per week) permanent position. The successful candidate will be based in East Perth. We support flexible working arrangements that include working from home. We support flexible working arrangements that include working from home
