Hub Team Leader

About the Role:

Based at ARB’s global head office in Kilsyth, reporting to the State Manager, the Hub Team Leader will lead and support our VIC/TAS Hub team of 3, ensuring the delivery of exceptional sales support, customer service and operational efficiency to our wholesale, dealership and internal customer network.

You will play a pivotal role in guiding the team, driving operational excellence, improving systems and processes, and ensuring key performance targets are achieved. This role combines leadership, customer service, sales support, and continuous improvement initiatives to help strengthen ARB's service offering across Victoria and Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and develop the Hub team, fostering a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
• Oversee sales support operations, including enquiries, quoting, order processing, stock coordination and aftersales service.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and service standards, ensuring targets are achieved.
• Manage HubSpot workflows, workload allocation and customer escalations across VIC/TAS.
• Build strong relationships with Branch Managers, Territory Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamlining processes, enhancing systems and supporting state projects, events and other business initiatives.

About you:

• Previous experience leading or mentoring a sales support, customer service or administration team.
• A natural leader with a passion for developing and supporting team members.
• Highly customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced in sales support, customer service or team leadership roles.
• Exposure to the automotive, 4WD, dealership or aftermarket accessory industry will be highly regarded.
