Construction Labourer

We’re hiring experienced construction labourers, blue collar workers and scaffolders to join our crews across SEQ. Selected candidates will start in our First Lift Program, a 12-week pathway to fast-track your skills and progression, this program is a hands-on pathway into the industry that combines technical training with real personal development. This is a casual role with ongoing, consistent work across multiple residential projects.

First Lift Program (12 Weeks) 

• 30-min weekly sessions in branch before you head out to site for the day   

• Learn on the job + structured training  

• Mix of technical skills + personal development  

• Work in a crew of 3 with a Leading Hand supporting you 

The Role 

• Load/unload trucks + secure gear  

• Install & dismantle scaffolding and safety systems  

• Work on residential building sites  

• Complete basic reports and checks  

What You Need 

• Scaffolding or construction experience  

• Or experience working in a blue-collar environment (essential)  

• White Card  

• Driver’s licence + own transport (essential)  

• Willing to work Mon to Fri, with an average availability of up to 40-50 hours a week 

• Physically fit and ready for hands-on work in a fast-paced residential construction environment 

It’s a bonus if you have: 

• Scaffold ticket or height safety experience  

• MR licence
