Milk Nails is a growing Melbourne nail salon with a strong focus on quality, client experience, nail health and creating a workplace people genuinely enjoy being part of.

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Salon Manager to take the lead at one of our locations and help us continue growing.

This is more than just managing the day-to-day running of a salon. You’ll play a key role in developing the team, improving performance, growing revenue and creating an environment where both clients and staff love coming back.

Salary & Bonus:

• $70,000 while completing training and onboarding
• $75,000–$80,000 once fully trained and established in the role
• Profit-sharing bonus structure based on salon performance immediately
• With strong salon performance and profit sharing, the role has the potential to reach $90,000+ per year

Your Role:

As a Manager at Milk, you’ll be responsible for:

• Creating a warm, welcoming and positive salon environment
• Leading, supporting and motivating the team
• Managing staff rosters and daily operations
• Maintaining consistently high service and hygiene standards
• Managing stock and salon supplies
• Tracking weekly performance, revenue and key KPIs
• Finding opportunities to improve productivity and grow the business
• Organising and supporting team training and development
• Running regular team meetings
• Looking after salon equipment and presentation
• Ensuring every client has an exceptional experience
• Helping build a team culture that is fun, supportive and high-performing
