Front Office Co-Ordinator

An amazing opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Front Office Coordinator to become a part of our team of superstars!

This is a part-time position providing front office assistance to our busy practice consisting of 3 dentists and 2 hygienists. Wednesday - Friday approximately 22.5 hours per week.

Duties and responsibilities of the successful applicant will include:

·         Appointment book management

·         Account processing using HICAPS and Eftpos.

·         Liaising with patients, practitioners and specialists.

·         Generating and completing reports.

The chosen candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

·         High level of initiative and motivation.

·         Demonstrate strong attention to detail.

·         Strong customer service skills.

·         Efficiency, with the ability to effectively prioritise and multitask.

·         Computer literacy.

Prior dental experience essential and while knowledge of Zavy 360 software would be an advantage training will be provided for the right candidate.

Remuneration is negotiable and is based on experience within the industry.
