About the role

General Crane Services (WA) is looking for a Regional Resource Planner role to provide a high level of planning and coordination services to the business. This role requires an enthusiastic, self-motivated person who can work in a fast-paced environment and deliver required outcomes. The ideal candidate should consider themselves a confident go-getter and be one to strive for perfection and be goals orientated. 

Your duties will mainly consist of:

• 8/6 Roster - Wednesday to Wednesday - 10 hours per day in Office. 

• Plan, coordinate and facilitate delivery of resources and logistics to fulfil regional contracts and projects 

• Responsible for establishing, updating and resource loading the Regional schedule 

• Responsible for monitoring and reporting on schedule progress and deviations

• Source and coordinate internal and external resources needed to execute the project requirements

• Regularly update the Project Manager with all progress or delays to the schedule

Skills and experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in planning role

• Experience with Crane industry

• Familiarity of Northwest & Goldfields Region of WA 

• Intermediate computer skills; particularly Word, Excel and Outlook, able to learn new programs with ease;

• Attention to detail and the ability to use own initiative;

• High level ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities;
