Restoration Cleaning Technician

We’re looking for someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in doing the job properly the first time.

The Role

You’ll be working across Ballarat and Western Victoria, including travel to areas like Horsham (and occasional overnight stays), delivering high-quality cleaning and restoration support.

Duties include:

• Cleaning ceilings, walls, windows, and surfaces

• Detailed vacuuming and floor cleaning

• Bathroom and amenities cleaning

• Glass cleaning

• Assisting with post-damage restoration cleaning (water, fire, mould)

• Contents cleaning

Non-Negotiables

• Full driver’s licence

• National Police Check or able to get one

• Physically fit and capable of manual work

• Able to pass a medical and drug & alcohol test

• Strong work ethic and reliability (we notice who pulls their weight)

• High attention to detail — average work won’t cut it

• Able to work unsupervised or in a team

• Working With Children Check

Highly Regarded

• Restoration or insurance cleaning experience
