Affordable Dental Pty Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our modern dental clinic in Canberra Philip

This role is ideal for a dental professional with strong leadership skills who is passionate about patient care, team development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow

• Lead, support, and motivate clinical and administrative staff

• Manage appointment scheduling, rostering, and staffing requirements

• Ensure compliance with infection control standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements

• Oversee stock control, ordering, and lab coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for patient enquiries and concerns

• Support Dentists in delivering high-quality clinical outcomes

• Contribute to continuous improvement and clinic growth initiatives
  

About You

• Previous experience as a Practice Manager with Dental Assistant experience

• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and clinic workflows

• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment

• Professional presentation and a patient-focused approach
