Boutique Seasonal Support

CHANEL is now recruiting Boutique Seasonal Support for our fashion boutiques in Sydney.  

About the Role 

As Boutique Seasonal Support , you will be a flexible and adaptable member of our Fashion teams. You will support the sales teams to better service our valued clients throughout the festive period, by ensuring a seamless back of house experience.  

What Will You Do? 

• Gift wrap client purchases in the Chanel way 

• Assist with running to get stock for the front of house team, help with unpacking stock deliveries and steaming items for clients. 

• Offering hospitality to our clients such offering refreshments and welcoming them to the boutique 

What We Are Looking For 

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a genuine client-first mindset. 

• A passion for luxury fashion, styling and the CHANEL brand, with the confidence to speak about fashion creations and deliver personalised recommendations. 

• Energy, enthusiasm and confidence in connecting with clients during busy trading periods. 

• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with CHANEL guidelines. 

• Flexibility and availability to work a varied roster in line with store trading hours, including regular late-night trading and weekends. Please note that hours will expand during the peak November and December trading period.
