As part of the agency’s ongoing growth and continued success, they are seeking to add a Sales Associate to their high-performing sales team.

As a representative of this high profile brand, you will help deliver an exceptional client experience and contribute to successful sales campaigns while developing your skills and advancing your career within one of the network’s high-achieving offices.

Your Role

• Managing online listings to update dates and property information. 

• Overseeing general sales administration tasks, including documentation and filing. 

• Coordinating with external agencies, internal consultants, and back-office administrative staff. 

• Conducting buyer inspections and hosting display suites. 

• Prospecting new buyers and nurturing leads to expand the client database. 

• Compiling feedback reports to enhance sales initiatives and refine the sales process. 

• Supporting the preparation and facilitation of sales contracts and communications with solicitors. 

• Taking ownership in offer negotiations.

You will have…

• Experience in a residential apartment sales, preferably the North Shore.

• Demonstrated strong relationship management abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational prowess

• A current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.

• Mandarin speaking is a plus!

• A current driver's License and method of transport.

• Availability on weekends.

• Access to an excellent uncapped in-house commission and remuneration package.
