We are currently seeking a reliable, physically fit, and mentally sharp Casual Dispatch Packer to join our hardworking team in Penrith.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, labelling, and preparing premium smallgoods orders for accurate dispatch.

• Safely handling, moving, and lifting heavy boxes of stock on a daily basis.

• Operating the office computer to manage daily dispatch schedules, update spreadsheet records, and communicate seamlessly via email.

• Reading and interpreting digital and printed work orders, shipping logs, and customer emails.

• Weighing products and executing accurate calculations using warehouse scales and standard calculators to ensure order precision.

• Assisting with incoming stock deliveries, inventory checks, and general warehouse cleanliness.

What We Are Looking For

• Physically Fit: This is a highly active warehouse role that requires regular heavy lifting of boxes and manual handling.

• Strong Literacy & Numeracy Skills: High capability to read, comprehend, and action customer emails and written work instructions. You must be comfortable working with weights, measurements, and using a calculator to ensure product distributions are mathematically exact.

• Computer Literate: Proficient and comfortable using a computer, specifically with hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

• Mentally Switched-On: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the right products get to the right customers, with a proactive "can-do" work ethic.

• Licence & Transport: Must hold a valid Australian Driver’s Licence and have a reliable vehicle to get to work.

• Forklift Licence (Bonus): A current LF licence is highly regarded and a major plus, though not a strict requirement.
