Commercial Operations Systems & Compliance Specialists x 2

CSL is seeking two highly organised and proactive Commercial Operations Systems & Compliance Specialists to support business systems, processes, and compliance across the Commercial Operations function, in particular our Sales and Marketing functions.

The roles play a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and process excellence through the management of business systems, training, documentation, contracts, and operational support activities. Working across multiple teams, you will build strong stakeholder relationships, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the smooth execution of Commercial Operations priorities. The ideal candidate is a strong coordinator, an effective communicator, and a self-starter who takes ownership and delivers outcomes.

This position is based at our head office on Elizabeth Street, Melbourne CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support business systems, processes, and compliance activities across Commercial Operations.

• Lead and maintain training, document management, contract management, and operational support systems.

• Provide guidance, training, and system support to ensure efficient and compliant ways of working.

• Support finance administration, purchasing, vendor management, and budgeting processes.

• Coordinate meetings, events, travel, and other operational activities.

• Maintain SharePoint and intranet content and support ongoing business process improvements.

• Partner with stakeholders across Commercial Operations and supporting functions to deliver business objectives.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience in a similar Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Support, Systems Administration, or Compliance role.

• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other regulated industry experience preferred.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Essential Skills:

• Strong coordination and organisational skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Desirable:

• Experience with SharePoint, document management, learning management, or contract management systems.

• Familiarity with medical or pharmaceutical terminology
