Early Childhood Educator

The Opportunity:

Go Kindy has exciting opportunities available at our Carrington, Kahibah, and Merewether services for experienced:

• Certificate III Educators

• Diploma Qualified Educators

• Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs)

These are permanent full-time positions working 37.5 hours per week across 5 days.

As an Educator at Go Kindy, you will work collaboratively with fellow educators to provide engaging learning experiences, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality educational programs across the entire service. You will play an important role in supporting children's development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes while helping maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.

Requirements:

• Certificate III, Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care, or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education

• Current Working with Children Check

• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

• Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Certificates (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and providing high-quality learning experiences

• Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Two recent professional references must be provided and will be contacted as part of the recruitment process.
