We are building a team that understands the key elements of Authenticity, Emotional presence, Reciprocity and Investment.   As our resident numbers build we are looking for the next experienced Clinical Manager to join our team on a Monday to Friday basis initially. As we increase our resident numbers some weekend shifts will be required.  You will be leading a team within a Home Neighborhood that comprises 34 residents, maintaining sound clinical governance and effective operations while fostering a relationship centred, home environment.   Key success indicators Ensuring high quality clinical care is provided to residents with a proactive focus on safety  Overseeing the effective operation of the Neighbourhood to reflect resident preferences and the principles of the Inspirit model of care  Providing leadership and coaching to all neighbourhood team members, ensuring a focus on relationship-centred care    To be successful in this role you’ll need A heart and passion for providing high quality care to the elderly Strong customer-centric approach and relationship building skills  Commitment to respecting the values, customs, preferences and spiritual beliefs of residents Demonstrated leadership experience in relationship based care  Strong coaching / training skills with the ability to positively influence other healthcare workers  Bachelor of Nursing qualification with a current AHPRA Registration Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality standards   What we can offer you Good hourly rate Not for profit tax break Fabulous work environment Fitness Passport Many locations to work in A values based organisation – we welcome applicants from all faiths   We know you have many choices of employer, choose Catholic Healthcare where you can make a great impact and are well rewarded.
