Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage customer orders, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate order processing, inventory updates, and on-time deliveries.

• Monitor and track shipments, providing customers with real-time updates and resolutions to any delivery issues.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using company systems.

• Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
