ABOUT THE COMPANY

The Sydney Private Hospital is a 90-bed private rehabilitation facility located in Ashfield. The Sydney Private Hospital has a specific focus on orthopaedics, musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiac caseloads. It has well-established inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs as well as a surgical ward.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurse/EEN to join our friendly, committed and professional team. We have a full-time positions on offer working Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday (Inclusive) night from 21.30 to 7.30.

DUTIES

• Ensure the highest clinical and patient care to meet the patient’s individual needs 

• Ensure patient care and treatment is documented to meet regulatory requirements

• Communicate effectively with patients, medical practitioners, allied health professionals and relatives

• Provide leadership and supervision of other nursing staff

• Overseeing the Hospital in the after hours

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Current AHPRA registration

• Minimum of 2 years in a hospital setting

• Effective written and verbal communication

• Be dedicated to delivering a high standard of care

• Demonstrate commitment to professional development

• WWC and current National Criminal Record check

• Full working rights in Australia – Sponsorship will not be offered for this position
