About the Opportunity

Join our Community Allied Health team as a Physiotherapist and make a meaningful difference to the health and wellbeing of people living across the Central Coast. You’ll provide evidence-informed physiotherapy assessment and interventions in a community setting, working collaboratively with clients and a multidisciplinary team across a range of locations and services.

In this role you will:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-informed physiotherapy assessment and intervention to clients experiencing a range of acute and chronic conditions.
• Deliver individual and group-based interventions, including community education programs and support for client self-management.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide timely, coordinated and client-focused care across the community.
• Manage a diverse caseload across multiple locations, prioritising competing demands and adapting to the needs of clients and the community.
• Contribute to the broader physiotherapy and allied health team through supervision of Allied Health Assistants and students, quality improvement, research and other service development activities.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist who is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-informed care in a community setting. You will bring strong clinical skills, effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively while managing a diverse caseload.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Demonstrated clinical experience providing physiotherapy services to clients with a broad range of chronic and complex health conditions.
• Strong assessment, intervention and group work skills, with the ability to support client self-management and develop effective group programs.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and a diverse caseload.
• The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team and collaborating with clients, carers and community agencies.
• A flexible, client-focused approach and the ability to respond effectively and professionally to challenging or changing situations in a community environment.
