The Opportunity

We're after an experienced Retail Store Manager who is genuinely sales driven — someone who thrives on results and knows exactly how to turn a great team into a high-performing one. You lead from the front, you back yourself under pressure, and you lift the whole store just by walking in. What You’ll Do

• Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service.
• Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback and training.
• Drive operational excellence across stock management and visual merchandising.
• Create smart, commercial rosters aligned to trade and wage targets.
• Champion the Lorna Jane brand and Active Living philosophy in-store and locally.
