Sales Executive - Freight Management

Blueprint Logistics is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to drive new business and help grow our national customer base.

About us

We are a freight management business specialising in tailored transport solutions for construction materials, architectural products, industrial freight and other difficult-to-move goods. Through our national carrier network, we coordinate local, regional and interstate deliveries using general freight, crane trucks, HIABs, tail-lift vehicles, forklifts and other specialised equipment.

This is a genuine new-business sales role. You will identify prospective customers, open doors, build relationships and convert opportunities into profitable, long-term accounts.

What you’ll be doing

·       Identify and approach prospective customers across targeted industries

·       Generate leads through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals and face-to-face visits

·       Meet decision-makers to understand their transport requirements and challenges

·       Present tailored freight management solutions

·       Manage opportunities from initial contact through to implementation

·       Work with our operations team to onboard new customers successfully

·       Maintain accurate records of sales activity, opportunities and follow-ups

·       Develop a strong pipeline of qualified prospective customers

·       Achieve agreed new-business revenue and profitability targets

·       Build long-term customer relationships after the initial sale

About you

·       Experience in freight, transport, logistics or a related industry

·       A practical understanding of how transport services are priced and delivered

·       A proven ability to generate and win new business

·       Confidence making cold calls and approaching prospective customers

·       The ability to communicate with business owners, logistics managers and operational teams

·       A commercial mindset and an understanding of profitable growth

·       Strong organisation, self-motivation and consistent follow-up habits

·       The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with operations

·       A current Australian driver’s licence

Experience selling freight management, general freight, taxi trucks, crane trucks or specialised transport services will be highly regarded.
