Country Road - Assistant Store Manager - Lygon Court (Fixed Term)

As an Assistant Store Manager for Country Road, Oversee and drive store performance across all departments, working collaboratively with the Store/Cluster Manager and other team members to achieve sales and profitability targets. With a focus on team training and development, you will identify, support and nurture future leaders within the team. Please note this is a contract role until end of January 2027.

How You Will Contribute  

• Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience 
• Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
• Understand the strengths, opportunities, and development needs of the team, setting clear plans to address these for future growth.
• Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
• Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
• Role model Country Road Group (CRG) cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
