Full time Practice Nurse (RN) – Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our friendly medical practice on a part-time permanent basis.

Key duties:

• Health assessments & Heart Health Checks

• Chronic disease care plans & reviews

• Assisting with procedures

• Childhood & adult vaccinations (essential)

• Wound care and general practice nursing duties

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration (RN)

• Experience in general practice/primary care (preferred)

• Competence in health checks, care plans, and immunisations

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Minimum 6 months of general practice/primary care experience required

• Australian permanent residency or citizenship required
