Maintenance Plumber

About the role

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join the team at West Coast Trade Services' in Perth, WA. As a full-time Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for providing expert plumbing services to residential and commercial clients across the region.

What you'll be doing

1. Respond to and resolve a range of plumbing maintenance issues including leaks, blocked drains, and repairs to heating/cooling systems

2. Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on plumbing systems to prevent future issues

3. Provide expert advice to clients on the best solutions for their plumbing needs

4. Liaise with clients to schedule appointments and provide timely, professional service

5. Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed

What we're looking for

1. Formal Plumbing and Gas qualifications and a current plumbing license

2. Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Plumber, preferably in a maintenance or service role

3. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve plumbing issues efficiently

4. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear, understandable way

5. A commitment to safety and a keen eye for detail to ensure all work meets regulatory requirements

6. A reliable, flexible, and professional approach to your work
