About the role
In this role, you will respond to inbound enquiries and proactively generate new business through outbound calls. You'll build and maintain strong customer relationships from first enquiry through to post-sale follow-up, providing tailored container solutions across both sales and leasing. You will become part of a high-performing national sales group, supported by proven systems, quality products, and experienced leadership.
Key responsibilities
Respond to inbound enquiries and proactively generate new business through outbound calls
Build and maintain strong customer relationships from first enquiry through to post-sale follow-up
Provide tailored container solutions across both sales and leasing
Prepare accurate quotes and manage all associated sales administration
Maintain detailed and up-to-date CRM records
Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives
About you
Minimum 1–2 years' experience in sales or customer service
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
A reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated work ethic
Confidence in negotiating and delivering practical solutions
Experience using CRM systems and managing customer records
A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service and results
