We work on various large-scale projects across Australia and are focused on providing our clients with efficient, effective, and safe solutions for all traffic management requirements.We are seeking a Traffic Engineer to join our team in Melbourne to assist with traffic management plan design, road safety auditing and on-site supporting requirements for various construction projects. We are currently delivering services on major infrastructure projects, including the North East Link - North M80 and Suburban Rail Loop (SRL).ResponsibilitiesAs a Traffic Engineer/Designer, your role will focus on creating Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) and undertaking road safety audits for various construction projects in accordance with relevant standards and guidelines.Develop Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGSs) and Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) for various construction projects using MicroStation.Ensure that TMP/TGS’s are designed to project requirements and in accordance with regulatory standards and guidelines.Attend various large scale transport project sites.Conduct rod safety audits.Effective communications with clients to understand their requirements prior to developing any traffic management plan or traffic guidance schemes.
Qualifications, skills and experienceDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Certification in Road Safety Auditor Capability in MicroStation CAD software is essentialCapability in drafting TGS in RapidPlanA minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar traffic design role
