As we continue to enjoy tremendous growth, we are seeking to appointment a Candidate Services Consultant, to join our Port Melbourne office.

 Requirements of the role:

• Agency or internal recruitment experience (preferably recruiting in the trades sector)
• Motivation and work ethic to achieve superior outcomes
• Use creative and innovative techniques to source the best candidates in the market
• Establish and maintain a renowned personal brand as a "Trades" specialist, attracting quality candidates for positions such as; Electricians, Boilermakers, Maintenance Fitters, Welders, Trades Assistants, Civil Operators and Labourers etc
• Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships that build candidate talent pools
• Undertake thorough and professional interviews and complete high-quality reference checks. We're not just here to tick a box!
• Ability and drive to assist with account management
• Strong administrative skills to optimise time and ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport to provide onsite presence when required and attend medical appointments
