Sales coordinator

About the role

You'll be the first point of contact for people interested in owning a Best Brains Learning Centre. You'll generate and qualify leads, explain the franchise model, and guide candidates through the sales process from enquiry to signing. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a growing market.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound franchise enquiries (phone, email, website)

• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls and presentations

• Clearly explain the Best Brains model, investment range, training and ongoing support

• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and keep the pipeline moving

• Coordinate with operations on territory, site selection and centre setup

• Support franchise marketing activities and events

• Build strong relationships with potential franchisees and follow up consistently

• Report on activity and conversion metrics

About you

• Proven experience in sales, business development or franchise recruitment (education or service-based industries a plus)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you can explain a concept clearly and build trust quickly

• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once

• Experience with CRM systems

• Genuine interest in education and helping families

• Full working rights in Australia
