PRECAST CONCRETERS

Auscast Constructions, based in Dandenong South, is looking for experienced Precast Concreters to join our team.

If you have experience pouring and finishing precast concrete panels and take pride in producing quality work, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be working as part of a team involved in the production of high-quality precast concrete panels. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people who are keen to contribute across all aspects of the production process.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 1–2 years’ minimum experience pouring and finishing precast concrete panels or similar concrete products.

• Strong skills in concrete pouring, screeding and finishing.

• The ability to read and interpret basic shop drawings and construction drawings.

• A strong understanding of safe work practices and attention to detail.

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Good physical fitness and the ability to work in a hands-on environment.

• A reliable work history and suitable references.

• Australian Permanent Residency is required for this position.
