Summary:

We are seeking expressions of interest for the position of Precast Concreter at Hunter Precast, located in Thornton, New South Wales. This permanent, full-time role is essential to our manufacturing and production operations, contributing to the creation of high-quality precast concrete products. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our production processes meet industry standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up moulds for precast concrete products.
• Mix and pour concrete into moulds, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Monitor curing processes and perform quality checks on finished products.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a precast concreter or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of concrete mixing and pouring techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical fitness and ability to work in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
