Construction Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Supervisor x 2
Location: Rutherford 2320 (Greater Newcastle/Hunter region) & Charmhaven 2261 (Central Coast) NSW.

The Role:

Weyn Constructions is seeking two(2) Site Supervisor to join their team. One project based in Rutherford, starting in August 2026; the second in Charmhaven, commencing late September/early October 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to ensure seamless workflow.
• Communicate efficiently with clients, tradespeople, and office teams to acheive project milestones.
• Ensure high standards of paperwork, organisation, and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with OH&S regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
• Provide hands-on support as required, while predominantly focusing on supervisory duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience, preferably in commercial projects.
• Preferred trade experience/background.
• Driver’s license.
• White card.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities on-site.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel
• Experience using Construction Project Management Software eg Buildertrend, Procore etc.
